You will be earning returns on both the avocado harvest production and on the harvesting of teak trees. Avocado produce fruit annually and your earnings will be deposited to your crypto wallet associated with the NFTs you own. With teak, during the growth phase, several tree thinnings are done (generally around years 9, 12 and 17) resulting in payouts to NFT owners during the life cycle of the trees, all while the avocados provide a consistent annual return.
Between years 22 and 25 the mature trees are harvested, and new trees replanted. This final harvest results in a very lucrative payout for the Harvest Right NFT owners.
